Janis Darlene Morton Larson, 86 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan the daughter of Graham Robert and Ruby Louise Morton December 15, 1929. She moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 1973 from Miller Indiana. Janis was a retired Benefits administrator and a protestant by faith.
Janis is survived by her sons: Richard Larson (Connie) of Ft. Mill, South Carolina, David Larson (Rhonda); daughters: Andrea Price (Jim) of Kissimmee, Florida, Lisa L. Snyder (Kenny Kern) of Kissimmee, Florida, Kathy Larson (Craig Owen) of Longmont, Colorado; brothers: Robert Morton (Helga) of Valparaiso, Indiana, Jerry Morton (Nancy) of Kissimmee, Florida; sister: Jean Mullen of Crown Point, Indiana; grandchildren: Jim (Theresa), Sherry (Ozzy), Steve (Jen), Tim (Angie), CJ (Bree), Cherish, Melissa (Christina), and Tabitha; great grandchildren: Brock, Chelsea, Nathan, AJ, Charley, Graham, Jaxson, Adley, and Lucas. Janis was preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph G. Larson, her parents: Graham Robert and Ruby Louise Morton and two sisters: Joan and Joyce.
There will be a graveside service to celebrate the life of Janis Darlene (Morton) Larson on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Rose Hill Cemetery with Chaplain Leslie V. Hernandez officiating.
