Edith Billano, age 37, of Kissimmee, FL passed away on August 17, 2016. She was born on April 19, 1979 to Antonio (Carlos) and Elaine Rios and worked as a clerk in the health services. She is survived by her parents, husband Jose Billano; children Jasmyn and Aidan; brother Carlos Rios Jr and sisters Jennifer Rios, Dolores Rios and Bianca Rios.
