Donna Jean Ballantine, 84 of Celebration, Florida passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016. She was born in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada the daughter of Truman Walter and Grace Farley. She moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 1973 from London, Ontario, Canada. She was a retired Retail Manager and a Presbyterian by faith. Donna was a member of the Celebration Bridge Club, she enjoyed attending adult education classes at Stetson University in Celebration, Florida, she also enjoyed gardening and guarding the turtles at the breach. but her greatest love was for her grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her loving family “Team Nanny” which includes her sons: Mike Ballantine (Lilly) of Kissimmee, Florida, Jeff Ballantine (Betsy) of Celebration, Florida; daughters: Susan Ballantine (Barry Lunseth) of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Linda Ballantine Brown of Williston, Florida; grandchildren: Courtney Lunseth, Tiffany Brown Demick, H.E. Brown, Hamilton Brown, Bojess Brown, Misty Brown, Ivy Brown, John Ballantine, Ana Ballantine, Bryce Ballantine, and Grace Ballantine; great grandchildren: Blake, Bryrie, Bree, Martha Mae and Brahamer.
A special thanks to the Honorary Member of Team Nanny which include the Bridge Club of Celebration as well as all the care givers for their love and support that they gave to Donna Jean Ballantine.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be announced at a later date for all the Team Nanny members.
