Leo Saluste Fournier, 86 of Kissimmee passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at home with his family by his side. He was born December 24, 1928 in West Warwick, Rhode Island, the son of Saluste and Delvina Fournier. He moved to Kissimmee in 1973 from Lincoln, Rhode Island. Leo was a retired machinist for Walt Disney World Resort and a member of the “Golden Ears” , he was also a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kissimmee.
Leo is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Alice Marie Fournier of Kissimmee, Florida; son: Michael Fournier (Linda) of Williston, Florida; daughters: Linda Underwood (Steven) of Clermont, Florida, Marilyn Smith (Richard) of Orlando, Florida; brother: Ronald Fournier (Doris) of Davenport, Florida; sister: Rita Dansereau of Cape Coral, Florida; 6 grandsons: Daniel, Bradley, Christopher, Branden, Corey, and Justin; 5 great grandchildren: Riley, Dane, Jackson, Dannie, and Kaitlyn.
A Memorial Mass to Celebrate the Life of Leo Saluste Fournier will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1603 N. Thacker Ave, Kissimmee, Florida with Father Tim LaBo as Celebrant. Memorial Contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children Hospital and Research Foundation.
