John W. Bailey, age 65, of Orlando passed away on August 9, 2015. John was born in Ironton Ohio on October 8, 1949 and moved to Orlando where he worked for 28 years as an electrician for the City of Orlando at the waste water treatment plant. He was a kind an caring man, always helping others and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed working on old cars and played guitar.
He is survived by his wife Anita Bailey; daughter Gretchen (Robert) Boehm of Richmond, KY; Step father of Paul Hunt of St Cloud, Michelle (Jeff) Kelly of Oakland, FL; Grand father of Jack Boehm and step grandfather of 4. He is the brother of Helen (Don) McKencie, of Ohio and Loren Bailey.
Visitation is Saturday August 15, 2015 from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM with services at 2:00 PM with the Reverend Jay Hunt presiding. Interment will be in Ironton, Ohio.
