Ila Mae Pierson, 90 of Kissimmee passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 23, 2015. She was born in Allen County, Ohio the daughter of Pearl and Myrtie Foust and moved to Kissimmee in 1960 from Marion, Ohio. She was a Mother, Homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Kissimmee.
Ila is survived by her daughters: Dianne Schoolfield (Wayne) of Kissimmee, Florida, Jennifer Smith (Kenneth) of Kissimmee, Florida; 3 grandchildren: Cheryl Schoolfield, Kevin Schoolfield and Brian Schoolfield; 5 great grandchildren: Jessica Barnett, Nathan Barnett, Dylan Schoolfield, Tavie Schoolfield, Lila Schoolfield. Ila was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Pierson in 2006.
A Service to Celebrate the Life of Ila Mae Pierson will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church of Kissimmee, 101 West Dakin Ave, Kissimmee with Reverend Wayne Cook officiating. Ila will be laid to rest with her husband Clyde at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Kissimmee. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 101 Dakin Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34741 in memory of Ila Mae Pierson.
