Joan Dolan , Age 74, of Kissimmee, FL passed away on November 13, 2014.
She is the loving mother of Daniel Denton of Kissimmee, FL, James Denton of Clermont, FL, and Carolyn Denton of Tapan ,NY; also sister of Loretta O’Donnell of Merritt ISland, FL
Our mom, Joanie, always had a smile on her face. Born in Brooklyn NY in 1940, she could usually be found climbing trees. She loved nature and being outdoors. She made friends with little birds and stray cats. She loved to garden and raised many beautiful plants, vegetables and flowers. Mom saw each day as an adventure, an opportunity to make a new friend, and she lived each day in gratitude. She believed deeply in the Catholic faith. She loved us, her three children, unconditionally. Mom loved the ocean and the beautiful salty breezes. She collected shells and rocks like treasures. She was our greatest treasure of all and we will miss her.
A Memorial Mass will be held for Joan Patricia Dolan at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1603 N Thacker Ave., Kissimmee FL 34741, on November 29th at 11:00 am.
